Food Technology

Food technology is taught at Key Stage 3 as part of the Technology carousel of topics. Students get a 6-7 week session, followed by a 3 week session later in the year. Focus is on healthy eating and foreign foods.

The GCSE follows the Welsh Board syllabus on Food and Nutrition.

Students participate in extra curricular activities including local cooking competitions.
